Ordering

I haven't received a confirmation email for my order?

Before reaching out, take a quick peek in your junk or spam folder—your confirmation email might be hiding there!

If it’s still playing hide and seek, just give us a shout with your address details. We’ll check it out for you! Sometimes a little typo sneaks in when you’re placing your order.

I have put the wrong delivery address on my order. What should I do?

Drop us an email at hello@happyhomeshop.co.uk, and in the subject line, pop in ‘Wrong Address,’ ‘Incorrect Address,’ or ‘Change to Address’—whichever fits best! Be sure to include your order number and the full delivery address you’d like us to use.

If your order has already left our hands, we can’t promise we’ll be able to change the address. It might still head to the original address, and if that’s the case, we won’t be able to take responsibility if you can’t retrieve it. Fingers crossed we can catch it in time!

Can I cancel or change my order?

We hustle to get your order out the door ASAP, so you’re not waiting long! Because of this, your parcel might already be on its way by the time we get your cancellation or amendment request. We’ll do our best to catch it in time, but we can’t always guarantee it.

My order has a missing item?

If you think something’s missing from your order, just reach out to our team! We’ll jump right on it and make sure everything gets sorted for you.

How can I track my delivery?

Want to check your order status? Just log in with the email you used at checkout, and you’re good to go! Plus, we’ll send you an email with tracking info once your order’s on its way.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 2-7 days. For Next-Day deliveries, order before 2pm on weekdays, and we’ll have it to you the very next working day (Mon-Fri)! If you order after 2pm on a Friday, don’t worry—your goodies will be with you by the following Tuesday.

Which delivery service do you use?

We team up with a mix of trusty couriers to get your goods to you, depending on what you’ve ordered and where it’s headed. Our delivery pals include Royal Mail, Evri, FedEx, and UPS, so your order’s in safe hands!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not! Sad! But hopefully in the future! Happy!

How do I return a product?

If you’ve got multiple items to send back, make sure to select each one.

How long do I have to return a product?

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once a refund has been processed, this will be confirmed in email by our team. Refunds normally show back in your balance in 5-10 working days.
